HOW TO USE
For decolouration: put 2-3 spoons of product in a nonmetallic cup with the same solution of oxygen water. For mechès: use 2-3 spoons of product with the double part of oxygen water. Shake everything till having a soft cream. Now, put this cream on the area you need to make
lighter. Time to wait: 10-15 min. for a medium action. 15- 30 min. for mechès or for a strong action.
